Randal Whitlatch has joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP as an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Mass Tort Practice Group. He will practice in the firm's Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Wheeling, West Virginia offices.
Prior to joining the firm, Whitlatch practiced in the Pittsburgh office of Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC. His practice will focus on health care related matters, as well as appellate, mass toxic tort and environmental matters. He also has experience handling commercial litigation matters involving electronic discovery issues. Whitlatch received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
