Rick McNeely is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Rick's practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution. His patent prosecution experience is concentrated in the chemical arts, also including materials and semiconductor devices.
Prior to joining the firm, Rick worked for eight years at Chemical Abstracts Service in Columbus, Ohio, analyzing and indexing journal and patent documents.
