Ron Musser is a Partner in the Corporate Department and Commercial Finance/Real Estate Practice Group. Ron brings extensive experience of more than 30 years in a wide array of practice areas including business formation, commercial transactions and financing, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and land use, oil and gas ownership and leasing, municipal law, estate planning and probate, and civil litigation.
His legal experience has encompassed serving as a law clerk for a federal appeals court judge, municipal attorney, general counsel for a midwest regional tire corporation, as well as private practice. Ron’s current practice includes extensive representation of clients in the construction industry along with retailers of products and services. In addition, Ron has represented numerous lenders in a multitude of commercial financing matters for more than a decade.
