Scott Budnick is a member of the Corporate Department and Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice in the areas of general business law, mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Prior to joining the firm, Scott practiced in the Louisville office of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP.
Scott also maintains a unique background in soccer as he currently serves as the head coach of the Louisville Lightning. He previously played for the Tampa Bay Mutiny Major League Soccer team.
