Scott Summers, an attorney who helped lead the nation’s largest labor and employment law firm’s expansion into Arkansas, has joined Dinsmore. He joins the firm as a partner in the Labor & Employment Department, working in the firm's Louisville office.

Summers brings more than 20 years experience as a labor and employment attorney to the firm. He represents employers, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies, in various industries throughout the United States. Summers’ extensive experience includes assisting clients through more than 50 union organizing campaigns, multiple corporate campaigns, numerous labor arbitration cases and many collective bargaining negotiations.
Prior to joining the firm, Summers served as special counsel in Littler Mendelson’s Northwest Arkansas office. Earlier in his career, he worked in-house in the labor relations and employment practices division of a Fortune 50 company and he was the managing attorney for an office of a large, regional, multi-practice firm. Summers earned his J.D. from Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and his B.S. from Eastern Kentucky University.
