Simi Botic is an attorney in the Health Care Practice Group. Simi dedicates the majority of her practice to advising clients, including physicians, group practices, ambulatory surgery centers, home health agencies, and long-term care facilities, regarding a myriad of health law issues. Simi’s health law experience is diverse and includes practice formation and acquisition, contract review and preparation, scope of practice issues, regulatory compliance, Medicare/Medicaid appeals and reimbursement, employment-related transactions, certificates of need, health care fraud issues, as well as health law litigation.
In addition to her work in the health care industry, Simi’s practice also includes litigation experience. Simi has worked closely with members of the Labor and Employment, Corporate, and Real Estate Practice Groups, where she assists with employment, general corporate and commercial real estate litigation matters.
