Steve Watts is a Partner in the Corporate Department. Steve concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and securities law, representing both public and private companies. His experience includes public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, periodic reporting, securities law compliance, acquisition and divestiture transactions, corporate governance, real estate syndications, private equity investments, hedge funds, investment adviser regulation and compliance, franchising, and general corporate and business matters.
Steve has lectured on securities topics for the Ohio CLE Institute and the AICPA Personal Financial Planning Section.
