Susan Zaunbrecher, a partner in Dinsmore & Shohl's Cincinnati office, was recently elected to the Board of SPCA Cincinnati. Over the course of her five-year term, her primary responsibilities will include overseeing the management, operations and finances of SPCA Cincinnati, including fundraising.
Outside of her practice, Zaunbrecher devotes a majority of her time to civic and professional organizations throughout Cincinnati including serving on the Board of Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park and the UC Economic Center for Education and Research.
Zaunbrecher is chair of the firm's Corporate Department and Financial Institutions Practice Group as well as a member of the firm's Board of Directors. She has experience in all areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and securities law, particularly as it pertains to all types of financial institutions. Zaunbrecher earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and her B.A. from Newcomb College of Tulane University.
