Thomas W. Hess, a partner in the Columbus, Ohio office of Dinsmore & Shohl, was recently appointed to the American Board of Medical Specialties Committee on Oversight and Monitoring of Maintenance of Certification.
Mr. Hess focuses his practice on representing assisted living facilities, durable medical equipment companies, hospitals, medical staffs, nursing homes, and practitioners in the areas of certificate of need, licensure, business transactions, and Medicare/Medicaid audits, certification and reimbursement.
