Tim Reed is a Partner at Dinsmore and Shohl's Pittsburgh office. Tim's practice involves most every facet of mineral and natural resources law, with an emphasis on the environmental regulatory requirements imposed on the mineral extraction industries. Since the enactment of Federal SMCRA he has commented upon, and worked with industry groups to shape major rule makings affecting the bituminous coal industry in Pennsylvania. In addition to an active natural resources practice he also has an active "non-coal" environmental practice.
