Tim Robinson is a Partner in the Corporate Department and member of the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group. Tim's practice focuses in the areas of insolvency, debtors’ and creditors’ rights, bankruptcy reorganizations, out-of-court workouts and financial and organizational corporate restructurings. In particular, he has significant experience representing debtors, lenders, trustees and unsecured creditors in proceedings under the United States Bankruptcy Code and in insolvency-related litigation.
