He will practice as a partner in the Corporate Department and member of the firm's Business Restructuring and Reorganization practice group, working from the firm's Cincinnati and Columbus offices.
Tim Robinson brings with him nearly 20 years of experience as a corporate restructuring lawyer. Robinson focuses his practice in the areas of insolvency, debtors’ and creditors’ rights, bankruptcy reorganizations, out-of-court workouts and financial and organizational corporate restructurings. In particular, he has significant experience representing debtors, lenders, trustees and unsecured creditors in proceedings under the United States Bankruptcy Code and in insolvency-related litigation. Robinson is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy and insolvency-related topics and is also currently listed in Chambers USA Guide to America's Leading Business Lawyers.
Robinson earned his B.S.B.A. (Finance) in 1985 from The Ohio State University and his J.D. in 1990 from Northeastern University.
