Thomas L. Czechowski

Biography

Tom has practiced in all areas of civil litigation, with primary emphasis in the areas of product liability, toxic torts and employment litigation. He has been directly involved in, and responsible for, the successful defense of numerous product liability cases involving automobile design and safety, industrial machinery, outdoor power equipment, and a wide range of consumer products. He has experience defending claims of age, race and gender discrimination, as well as sexual harassment. He has also been involved in commercial cases and cases concerning exposure of persons to asbestos, talc and other pathogenic materials. More recently he has been involved in construction litigation and cases involving exposure to mold.
