Christopher Benintendi, a partner in the Cincinnati office of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, was recently appointed to serve a 3-year term as a member of the firm's Board of Directors. At the same time, Frank Woodside, chair of the firm's Product Liability and Toxic Tort Practice Groups, was re-elected to the Board. Dinsmore & Shohl's Board of Directors is comprised of 17 partners firmwide.
Christopher Benintendi is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department and member of the Workers' Compensation Practice Group. Benintendi focuses his practice on counseling clients on workers' compensation law, Violation of Specific Safety Requirements (VSSR) claims, and intentional tort claims.
Frank Woodside is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department. Woodside focuses his practice on the representation of manufacturing concerns in toxic and mass tort litigation in such areas as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, pesticides, work place exposures, manufactured housing and tobacco, product liability cases and the defense of health care providers in medical malpractice litigation.
