Will Fulton is a Partner in the Litigation Department. He works in the areas of agricultural, automotive, construction equipment, consumer products, industrial equipment, recreational equipment, and pharmaceutical product liability. Will also works extensively in the area of transportation law representing trucking companies. He has tried over thirty-five product liability cases as well as many additional matters. Will’s two most recent defense verdicts in product liability cases are both reported in the Kentucky Trial Court Review. His other product trials have involved among other things, truck and automobile electrical, restraint, steering and brake systems, wheels, tires, axle shafts and bearing assemblies as well as crashworthiness and handling and stability issues. Will tried the first case in Kentucky to allow a seat belt defense to an automotive manufacturer.
