Biography

Alissa focuses her practice on commercial litigation and government investigations. Her experience includes representing high-level executives in antitrust investigations led by the Department of Justice; representing public entities in condemnation actions; responding to civil and criminal subpoenas issued by state governments and the Justice Department; and successfully drafting motions to compel arbitration. She also handles motions for summary judgement, motions to dismiss, and complex discovery motions in high-stakes litigation.
