Allie A. Maples

Biography

Allie focuses her practice on labor and employment law and is experienced assisting clients with claims involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination and Employment Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other state and federal civil claims. She works with clients to resolve complex employment disputes by drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions for summary judgement, and supporting documents. She also assists in discovery by drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. Allie previously clerked at two other civil litigation firms, giving her practical experience litigating contract and tort lawsuits.

She received her J.D. from William & Mary Law School with honors. Outside of the office, Allie serves as the Education Advisor to the local Kappa Alpha Theta sorority chapter at the University of Cincinnati.
