Alyson M.  St. Pierre

Biography

Aly helps employers of all sizes across numerous industries navigate the nuanced legal and practical issues that arise in the workplace. She has experience litigating in multiple areas of labor and employment law, and also enjoys proactively counseling clients before litigation ensues.  Aly focuses her practice on matters related to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and state wage and hour laws. She has also developed a robust practice in restrictive covenant drafting and enforcement. 

She currently serves on Dinsmore’s In Law and Equity Steering Committee, as well as the Indianapolis office’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee.
