Biography
Amulya is a skilled patent engineer with an extensive foundation in electrical and computer engineering and a deep understanding of patent law. Her technical expertise spans patent preparation and prosecution in areas including power electronics, telecommunications (including LTE/5G standards), superconductors, and RF transceiver circuits. She has prosecuted patent applications both within the U.S. and across multiple global jurisdictions.
Before joining Dinsmore, Amulya served as a patent engineer at several intellectual property law firms where she focused on drafting and prosecuting patents in electrical engineering. She also worked as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte Consulting in India, where she gained valuable insights into technology development strategy and implementation in various industries.
Amulya holds an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Master of Technology in Power Electronics from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Calicut.
She is currently a part-time evening student at the University of Akron School of Law
