Andrew is an associate whose practice focuses on intellectual property law, including the protection and enforcement of trademark and copyright rights. He is able to assist with a wide variety of matters such as clearance of trademarks, prosecution and maintenance of trademark and copyright applications and registrations, and enforcement of trademark rights through administrative proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He advises clients on both U.S. and international trademark portfolios and helps them secure appropriate protection for their trademarks and other intellectual property assets. He received his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
