Andrew M. Zacherl

Biography

Andrew focuses his practice on commercial litigation. His experience includes conducting legal research, analysis, and drafting numerous legal memos concerning issues in commercial, tort, construction licensing law and government contracting. He also drafted numerous intellectual property and corporate governance documents including federal trademark registration applications, software copyright licensing agreements, and Board of Managers resolutions.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, he assisted a major government contractor in the amalgamation of its seven subsidiary companies into a single corporate structure while meeting all Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements, including novation and name change submissions to the responsible GSA Administrative Contracting Officers.

Before entering the practice of law, Andrew served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Colonel after over 20 years of service. He received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.
