Arash counsels clients on a variety of patent law matters, including preparing and prosecuting utility and design patent applications. He is a registered patent attorney and focuses his practice on drafting patent applications for mechanical and related technologies. Arash has experience assisting clients with various aspects of their patent related needs, including drafting and prosecuting both domestic and foreign patent applications, evaluating the patentability of prospective inventions, providing strategic patent counseling and conducting freedom-to-practice and infringement analyses.
Prior to becoming a patent attorney, Arash worked as an engineer, where he designed numerous development sites across the east coast. He continues to utilize this technical knowledge and experience in his patent practice when pursuing his clients’ patent objectives.
