Martin B. Tucker Joins Dinsmore’s Lexington Office

Dinsmore & Shohl welcomes Martin B. Tucker to the firm’s Lexington Office. Tucker will be a Partner in the Corporate Department and will be a member of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice Group.

Prior to Dinsmore, Tucker practiced with Frost Brown Todd LLC. His practice focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring law with an emphasis on creditor’s rights. His extensive experience includes the representation of banking and lending institutions, commercial landlords, business entities and individuals regarding complex workouts, out-of-court restructurings, commercial and consumer bankruptcy cases, foreclosures, receiverships and general business litigation and contract disputes.

While Tucker has a wide range of experience representing creditors, his background also includes numerous companies and individuals in complex commercial Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases and sophisticated out-of-court restructurings and workouts. He also has represented clients in a broad range of commercial transactions, business formations and general corporate practice.

Tucker earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and received his B.A. from Northern Kentucky University.
