Brittany focuses her practice on litigation.
She earned her law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. During law school, she practiced as a student attorney in the Veterans Advocacy Clinic and represented veterans in litigation matters before administrative agencies and courts. She also worked as an intern at the West Virginia University Center for Excellence in Disabilities and developed informational materials on federal and state special education laws and policies.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Brittany was employed with a nonprofit organization and provided advocacy services on behalf of individuals with disabilities.
