Brooke F. Poling

Biography

Brooke focuses her practice on labor and employment law, and has a wide range of experience in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, employment contracts, and various state laws. Brooke takes a hands-on and thoughtful approach in guiding clients through pre-litigation matters, as well as actions in federal and state courts.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Brooke worked at a boutique, plaintiff’s side employment firm. Her experience there helps her to better serve defense-side clients reach efficient and strategic resolutions. In her free time, Brooke enjoys exploring Cincinnati’s culinary scene and traveling any chance she gets.
