Cassie focuses her practice on labor and employment law. Specifically, she has experience defending employers against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, tort, and contract claims. She frequently handles matters involving the West Virginia Human Rights Act, the West Virginia Wage Payment and Collection Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the National Labor Relations Act.
Cassie received her J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she was a member of the Land Use and Sustainable Development Law Clinic.
