Christopher focuses his practice on commercial litigation, including product liability and breach of warranty claims. He has litigation experience including solo counsel in jury trials and arbitration, taking hundreds of depositions and examinations under oath, retained and non-retained expert examinations, and all areas of civil litigation.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, he spent a decade working as in-house counsel for a major Fortune 100 company. While there, he successfully defended many personal injury cases before a jury.
For several years prior to that, Christopher's practice involved the analysis and litigation of complex insurance claims and coverage in both the first-party and third-party context. He affirmatively defended these cases, which often involved varying levels of fraud
