Diana has extensive experience handling both conduit and traditional financings. She has worked with a variety of clients, ranging from hospitals and senior living facilities to school districts and government entities. Having worked as both bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel, as well as serving as issuer and disclosure counsel at the state level, Diana is adept at counseling clients through all stages of a financing. Additionally, her understanding of public finance law has enabled her to work with clients in getting property released in connection with bond issuances. She also has experience with TEFRA matters and has handled a number of multi-family housing financings.
Among the projects, she has worked on a $273 million issuance for hospital revenue and refunding bonds for Catholic Health Partners, as well as a $32 million issuance for the Ohio treasurer's office for Administrative Building Fund Projects.
