DSD Advisors Adds Colleen Reynolds, Expanding Lobbying and Communications Team
DSD Advisors, LLC, is pleased to welcome Colleen Reynolds as director, government affairs. DSD, an affiliate of Dinsmore, is a full-service government relations firm dedicated to helping clients achieve their public policy objectives at the federal, state and local levels of government.
“Colleen brings a wealth of experience in and deep knowledge of the political and policy-making process,” said DSD Co-Founder and President Matt Davis. “We are thrilled to have her on board and know our clients will benefit from the expertise she brings to help them achieve their lobbying and strategic communications goals.”
Prior to joining DSD, Reynolds served as director of community affairs and communications for Cincinnati Councilmember PG Sittenfeld. In that role, she managed constituent services and internal and external communications, as well as provided legislative and policy guidance.

Reynolds holds dual bachelor’s degrees in theology and philosophy, politics, and the public from Xavier University, where she was elected student body president. She is active in the community, serving as a board member to the Oakley Community Council, Talbert House, and Xavier University Dorothy Day Center for Faith and Justice. She is also an elected precinct executive for the Hamilton County Democratic Central Committee.
