Elizabeth C. Barrera


Elizabeth focuses her practice on commercial litigation. Her experience includes representing clients at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts in cases involving general business and shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, class actions, and fiduciary litigation. Elizabeth also has experience in labor and employment litigation involving administrative violations or workplace disputes. She handles all stages of discovery, including written discovery, electronic data, and taking and defending depositions. She also counsels clients throughout the country on policies and procedures and currently holds the office of chair for the Kentucky Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section.
