For more than two decades, Elizabeth has concentrated her practice on public finance. She advises issuers, underwriters, trustees, lenders, and borrowers in connection with bond issues, private placements, and public offerings, as well as conventional bank loans. She has advised clients in connection with the financing of health and continuing care facilities, higher educational facilities, sewer and water systems, housing, and sports and parking facilities, as well as economic development projects.
