Elizabeth R. Emanuel

Biography

Elizabeth is a litigation attorney who represents clients in a wide array of complex commercial matters in state and federal courts.

She has extensive experience in all facets of litigation while handling a diverse array of business disputes on behalf of local and national companies.  Her practice includes contract disputes, business torts, trade secrets, consumer claims, and other civil claims and class actions.  She has litigated cases from inception to conclusion and is well versed in all stages of a case, from pre-litigation disputes and resolution, pleadings and motions, managing discovery, depositions, settlement, and assisting and participating in trials, mediations, and arbitrations.

In addition to her work at Dinsmore, Elizabeth is a College Now mentor, and member of the Board of Directors of The Littlest Heroes, a Cleveland-based organization that assists children living with cancer and their families by providing services designed to meet their economic, emotional, and social needs.
