Evan J. Yahng

Biography

Evan is a commercial litigation attorney who focuses his practice on government investigations, privacy law, and other complex litigation. He has successfully helped clients win dismissal of lawsuits over violations of the right to privacy and HIPAA, obtain high-value settlement terms, and comply with state, national, and international data breach laws. Evan also has substantial experience conducting legal research and document review regarding the False Claims Act, defamation, and other complex legal matters.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Evan worked as a law clerk in the United States Department of Justice where he assisted in defending individual federal employees against Bivens claims and other litigation arising out of on-the-job conduct. Evan received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
