Fulchand Shende

Biography

Fulchand is an intellectual property attorney focused on serving clients’ intellectual property procurement and protection needs. He has more than a decade of extensive experience in novelty searching, preparing, and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications in electro-mechanical arts with an emphasis on automotives, motorcycles, manufacturing, and autonomous vehicle systems for global companies. In addition to managing patent portfolios, he has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications on dietary supplements, biotechnology, and computer architecture software for start-up companies and entrepreneurs. He has also experience preparing and prosecuting trademark applications for domestic and international clients.
