Dinsmore & Shohl LLP welcomes 23 associates to the firm.

Cincinnati, OH

John T. Addicks joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Intellectual Department. Addicks was a Division Officer in the United States Navy. He earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.

David R. Boyles joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Intellectual Property Department. Boyles previously served as Judicial Extern to Honorable Sidney I. Schenkier. For the past 14 years, he has served with the Personnel Support Division for the 338th Army Reserve Command Band. Boyles earned his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.

David G. Branham joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Corporate Department. Prior to joining Dinsmore, Branham clerked at the United States Tax Court to Judge Cary Douglas Pugh. He also interned for Judge Richard Caschette with the 18th District Court of Colorado. Branham earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

D. Renee Brunett joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Litigation Department. Brunett served as a judicial extern for Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor. She also worked as law clerk at Strauss Troy Co., LPA. Brunett earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Jin L. Choi joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Litigation Department. Choi served as an extern for the Honorable Jesus G. Bernal with the U.S. District Court Central District of California. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

Leanthony D. Edwards joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Intellectual Property Department. He served as an intern for California State Assemblyman Mike Morrel’s office. Edwards earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

David W. Jahnke joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Corporate Department where he focuses his practice on general corporate and business law. Jahnke earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Jacqueline I. Painter joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Corporate Department. Before Dinsmore, Painter was a summer associate at Jackson Kelly PLLC. She earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Jason B. Portis joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Intellectual Property Department. Portis earned his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law. He received a Bachelor of Science in Genomics and Molecular Genetics and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Michigan State University.

Elizabeth A. Stegeman joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Labor Department. Stegeman served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Robert Chambers, the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. She also served as an extern for the Honorable Timothy Black, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Stegeman earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School.

Gregory T. Wuennenberg joins the Cincinnati office and will practice out of the Intellectual Property Department. Prior to attending law school, Wuennenberg was a Senior Engineer at Procter & Gamble, where he gained valuable IP experience serving as counsel on patent related matters. Wuennenberg earned his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

Columbus, OH

Heidi R. Kemp joins the Columbus office and will practice out of the Corporate Department. Kemp previously served as a law clerk where she researched and wrote on oil and gas, tax issues and estate planning. Kemp earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Patrick R. Schlembach joins the Columbus office and will practice out of the Corporate Department. Prior to joining Dinsmore, Schlembach was a legal intern for Upper Arlington City Attorney’s office, where he conducted research and analysis in civil and criminal matters. Schlembach earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Courtney M. White joins the Columbus office and will practice out of the Corporate Department. White worked for the Southeastern Ohio Legal Services, drafting motions and pleadings for summary judgment. She volunteered with the Legal Aid Society of Columbus’ litigation team to research topics related to the Fair Housing Act. White earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Dayton, OH

Matthew C. Ingram joins the Dayton office and will practice out of the Corporate Department focusing on general business law. Ingram previously prepared memoranda on jurisdictional taxation of business entities as a legal intern at Revenue Discovery Systems. Ingram earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Business Transactions from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Huntington, WV

Tyler A. Wicker joins the Huntington office and will practice out of the Litigation Department. Wicker previously served as a summer associate for Dinsmore in 2015. Wicker gained experience in products liability defense, railroad defense and merger transactions. Wicker earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Lexington, KY

Jeffrey A. Kaplan Jr. joins the Lexington office and will practice out of the Litigation Department. While serving as a summer associate for Dinsmore, Kaplan drafted pleadings and completed research assignments on litigation, torts and corporate law. Prior to joining Dinsmore, Kaplan clerked for the Honorable John M. Rogers of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Travers B. Manley joins the Lexington office and will practice out of the Litigation Department. Manley interned for the Honorable Karen K. Caldwell, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for Eastern District of Kentucky, researching legal issues and drafting memoranda. He also was a summer associate with Dinsmore in 2015. Manley earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Bardia Sanjabi joins the Lexington office and will practice out of the Litigation Department and focus his practice on tort litigation. Sanjabi was a summer associate at Wyatt Tarrant & Combs, LLP and also interned at the Law Offices of Karen Wonsetler, PA in Orlando Florida. Sanjabi earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Louisville, KY

Lindsey J. Boyd joins the Louisville office and will practice out of the Litigation Department. Prior to joining Dinsmore, Boyd had a judicial externship with Hardin Circuit Court Judge Kelly M. Easton and Judge Ken M. Howard where she observed criminal and civil motion hearings, reviewed files and researched legal questions. Boyd earned her J.D. at the University of Louisville Brandies School of Law.

Jennifer E. Bobbitt joins the Louisville office and will practice out of the Litigation Department. Bobbitt was a summer associate for Yum! Brands KFC Division and served as a summer associate for Dinsmore. She was a press intern for the Clinton Foundation in New York City. Bobbitt earned her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.

K. Kirby Stephens joins the Louisville office and will practice out of the Litigation Department. Kirby clerked at Reinhardt and Associates PLC and also worked as an office assistant at Dinsmore. She earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Pittsburgh, PA

Julia M. Conley joins the Pittsburgh office and will practice out of the Litigation Department. Conley interned with the U.S. Attorney’s office in Pittsburgh where she researched and analyzed data and prepared memorandums for cases. She also was a legal research and writing teaching assistant at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Conley earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
