Jared Bruce Joins Dinsmore’s Cincinnati Office

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP has added Jared M. Bruce as an associate to the firm’s Cincinnati office. Bruce will practice in the healthcare, lobbying and public policy practice group.

Bruce previously served as corporate counsel for CareSource in Dayton, a large non-profit managed care plan. His experience includes reviewing and negotiating complex health care vendor contracts as well as advising on various health care law matters including regulatory compliance, transactional matters, and cyber security. Bruce’s practice includes advising payers, hospitals, and providers on compliance and transactional matters related to government-sponsored health insurance programs such as Medicare and Medicaid. During law school, Bruce was also a judicial extern for the Honorable Mary E. Donovan, Ohio Second District Court of Appeals, Dayton Ohio.

Bruce received his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law and received his B.A. in business administration, business economics from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
