Ian G. Schuler

Biography

Ian focuses his practice on commercial litigation. His experience includes complex product liability and general liability litigation with jury trial, arbitration and mediation in federal and state courts around the country. He has served as second chair at multiple trials involving product liability, wrongful death, breach of warranty and general liability claims, including a defense verdict and multiple instances beating pre-trial offers and demands.

Through his trial experience, Ian has amassed stand-up time arguing pretrial motions and conducting direct- and cross-examination of experts, parties and percipient witnesses. He works closely with general counsel and other in-house legal representatives to develop and execute litigation strategies that align with his clients’ business objectives.
