Jacob N. Holden

Biography

Jacob focuses his practice on civil litigation matters. He has experience handling a variety of disputes ranging from catastrophic injury and wrongful death to toxic exposure, products liability and premises liability. In addition, Jacob’s background also includes litigation matters related to insurance coverage and insurance bad faith litigation.

He has handled cases in various state and federal courts and is adept at every stage of litigation. From the initial investigation to developing focused discovery strategies, Jacob regularly collaborates with his clients and peers to find a satisfactory resolution. His trial experience also includes obtaining a defense verdict in a multimillion dollar insurance coverage class action suit.
