Jacqueline R. Sheridan

Biography

Jackie is an experienced litigator who has handled trials, mediations, and client counseling in a variety of complex matters. She focuses her practice on product liability, commercial, False Claims Act, class action and mass tort matters. She has experience representing government contractors, health care providers, and financial institutions accused of fraud in both government-intervened and non-intervened cases, including pre-suit investigations. She also has experience handling internal investigations of potential whistleblower complaints and has counseled clients regarding compliance reviews and programs.

Her pharmaceutical and medical device experience includes serving as national counsel and handling a wide variety of complex litigation, including MDL and mass tort proceedings involving manufacturers and distributors of various pharmaceutical drugs. She is experienced in coordinating defense strategies in national litigation. Jackie is also skilled at understanding and interpreting the science that affects product litigation.

She is an active member in Defense Research Institute (DRI) and, in particular, DRI’s Drug & Medical Device Section, where she serves on the steering committee. 

Jackie has extensive experience practicing in both state and federal courts throughout much of the Midwest.  Jackie is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Indiana.
