John D. Reed


John's practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution (domestic and international), patent infringement, clearance, validity and patentability studies, IP due diligence analysis, and client counseling in various intellectual property matters. His patent prosecution experience is concentrated in the mechanical and electromechanical arts, covering technologies such as medical devices, automotive fuel cells, semiconductors, computer devices, industrial machinery, food processing equipment, HVAC systems, aircraft and aircraft propulsion systems, and building and construction devices.
