John P. Teresinski


John advises high-tech clients on patent issues across a broad range of industries.  With an emphasis on electrical and electromechanical technologies, his technical background spans a wide array of subjects. He frequently represents clients in computer and hardware industries, including user experience, semiconductor, wireless communication, and display technologies.

A former patent examiner for the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, John focuses his practice on technology and intellectual property, including IP portfolio management, utility and design patent procurement, non-infringement and invalidity analyses, post grant proceedings, patent enforcement, and defense.

John’s clients appreciate his technical knowledge and experience handling patent portfolios. In addition, his clients respect his industry experience and efficiency handling their matters.

He has extensive experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), which includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications, developing and managing patent portfolios, and successfully handling post-grant proceedings. In addition, John has significant experience with patent infringement and invalidity and licensing.

His professional experience also includes research and analysis in the area of broadband communication networks.
