Biography
Kelli focuses her practice on high-volume employment-based immigration for corporate clients, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 1000 companies. She assists corporate clients and their employees with nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1B, TN, L-1, and O-1 visas, J-1 physician waivers, PERM labor certifications, I-140 Schedule A petitions, and other essential filings. Kelli also monitors, analyzes and educates clients on immigration issues and rules.
