Biography

Kirk focuses his practice on commercial litigation. His previous experience includes conducting policy assessments for government agencies and running his own farm business. He served as editor-in-chief of the University of Louisville Law Review and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. After law school, he clerked for Judge Charles R. Simpson III of the United States Western District of Kentucky.
