Krithika is a litigator representing clients in matters such as commercial litigation, probate, labor and employment, intellectual property, bankruptcy, professional liability, antitrust, and securities litigation. Her experience includes preparing clients for depositions, drafting jury instructions, assisting in trial preparation and witness preparation, and drafting pleadings and appellate briefs.
She received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and was involved with the law school’s mock trial and moot court programs, winning best oralist in the Dean Dunmore Moot Court Competition and advancing to the national finals of the American Bar Association’s Moot Court Competition. Upon graduation, she was inducted into the Order of Barristers for excellence in trial advocacy. Krithika was also the president of the Student Bar Association.
