Lilli assists clients from multiple industries through a range of labor and employment issues. She supports clients with matters concerning the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Michigan Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, terminations and separations, and restrictive covenants. She also has experience with traditional labor matters, helping companies avoid unfair labor practice charges and representing employers in union relations.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, she worked with a labor and employment investigation firm reviewing and assessing employee complaints connected to alleged wrongful terminations.
