Melissa  M.  Cecchi

Biography

Melissa has a degree in electrical engineering and focuses her practice on intellectual property law. Prior to joining Dinsmore she worked in the energy industry, where she demonstrated compliance with NERC standards; analyzed existing third-party contracts for regulatory compliance with new NERC standard CIP-13; supported the creation of a new Enterprise Resilience Team in order to identify, prepare for, and respond to known and unknown risks; and maintained and updated compliance responsibility matrix of all enforceable requirements. She received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
