Dinsmore & Shohl is pleased to announce that 20 Fall Associates have joined the firm: Brian Bonner, Andrew M. Gammill, Joe Greiner, Susan H. Jackson, Alexander J. Kalter, Oleg Khariton, Jessica Schoenfeld, Barbara J. Jordan, Brendan T. O’Reilly, Janay M. Stevens, Timothy R. Wiseman, Rebecca M. Wichard, Nicholas Michael Haering, Michael C. Mattingly, Richard-Henry Schabowsky, Vanessa Rogers, Andrew T. Kirkner, Jacob R. Shaffer, Richard A. Moorman and Dianne P. Weiskittle.

Brian Bonner will practice in the Intellectual Property Department working out of the Cincinnati office. Prior to Dinsmore, Bonner was an Extern at the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, VA. He also worked for Cummins Inc. in North Carolina as a Manufacturing Engineer and for Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing of North America in Erlanger, KY as a Manufacturing Specialist. Bonner earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.

Andrew M. Gammill will practice in the Corporate Department working out of the Cincinnati office. While earning his law degree, Gammill was a Research Assistant for two professors at the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Prior to law school, Gammill spent nine years as a reporter for The Indianapolis Star and The Journal Gazette in Fort Wayne. He earned his J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. .

Joe Greiner will practice in the Litigation Department working out of the Cincinnati office. Prior to Dinsmore, Greiner was a Summer Associate at Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL where he conducted pre-deposition research, assisted writing briefs, and drafted memoranda on a wide variety of legal issues. He earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Susan H. Jackson will practice in the Labor Department working out of the Cincinnati office. Jackson was a law clerk and summer associate at Taft, Stettinius & Hollister, LLP, where she assisted clients in understanding issues ranging from NLRA and ERISA compliance to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. She earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Alexander J. Kalter will practice in the Intellectual Property Department working out of the Cincinnati office. Kalter earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Oleg Khariton will practice in the Intellectual Property Department working out of the Cincinnati office. Khariton worked as an Extern for the Honorable John T. Nixon of the U.S. District Court for Middle District of Tennessee. He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Jessica Schoenfeld will practice in the Litigation Department working out of the Cincinnati office. Prior to Dinsmore, Schoenfeld clerked for Judge Steven E. Martin of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas where she researched topics in pending litigation cases and drafted legal documents. Schoenfeld also worked as a Probation and Parole Officer for the Department of Corrections in Newport, KY. She earned her J.D. from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law.

Barbara J. Jordan will practice in the Corporate Department working out of the Columbus office. Prior to law school, Jordan was a Project Engineer for Woolpert, Inc. where she designed transportation facilities, represented developers before public regulatory agencies, and explained the environmental impacts of projects at public meetings. She earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Brendan T. O’Reilly will practice in the Corporate Department working out of the Columbus office. Prior to Dinsmore, O’Reilly was a Judicial Extern to Chief Justice Maureen O'Connor of the Supreme Court of Ohio and to the Honorable Jack Zouhary of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He earned his J.D. from University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Janay M. Stevens will practice in the Labor Department working out of the Columbus office. Stevens was a Legal Assistant and Clerk for Woodburn and Wedge in Reno, NV reviewing civil legal documents. She earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.


Timothy R. Wiseman in the practice in the firm’s Litigation Department working out of the Lexington office. Wiseman earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law. He also attended the University of Kentucky, where he graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in English, and where he earned an M.A. in Communications.

Rebecca M. Wichard will practice in the firm’s Litigation Department working out of the Lexington office. Wichard earned her J.D. from University of Kentucky College of Law, graduating in the Order of the Coif. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from the University of Kentucky.

Nicholas Michael Haering will practice in the Litigation Department working out of the Louisville office. , Haering worked at Dinsmore as a Summer Associate drafting briefs, conducting researching and advising attorneys preparing for trial. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

Michael C. Mattingly will practice in the Litigation Department working out of the Louisville office. Previously, Mattingly worked at Dinsmore as a Summer Associate where he wrote in-depth memorandums on federal anti-trust laws, promissory estoppel, and Kentucky venue laws. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

Richard-Henry Schabowsky will practice in the Intellectual Property Department working out of the Louisville office. Schabowsky has a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology and was a Guest Lecturer at the University of Louisville School of Medicine presenting on "Tuberculosis and the Immune System." He earned his J.D. from University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, his Ph.D. and M.S. from the University of Louisville School of Medicine.

Vanessa Rogers will practice in the Labor Department working out of the Louisville office. Rogers worked at Dinsmore as a Summer Associate where she investigated claims, drafted legal documents, and assisted with witness interviews. She earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Andrew T. Kirkner will practice in the Corporate Department working out of the Charleston office. Prior to Dinsmore, Kirkner served as per-diem Counsel and Intern for the Senate President and Lieutenant Governor of West Virginia, Jeffery V. Kessler, during the 2013 West Virginia Legislative Session. He earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law.

Jacob R. Shaffer will practice in the Litigation Department working out of the Morgantown office. Prior to Dinsmore, Shaffer clerked for the Honorable Thomas H. Keadle of the 26th Judicial District Circuit Court in West Virginia. He also was a Law Clerk for the Honorable William F. Morgan of the Court of Common Pleas for the 37th Judicial District of Pennsylvania. Shaffer earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law.

Richard A. Moorman will practice in the Intellectual Property Department working out of the Dayton office. Prior to Dinsmore, Moorman was a Student Associate at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox in Washington, D.C. where he prepared and filed patent applications and responded to Office Actions from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and spent over 25 years working in that field. Moorman earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his doctorate in philosophy from the University of Dayton.

Dianne P. Weiskittle will practice in the Corporate Department working out of the Dayton office. Weiskittle comes to Dinsmore from PNC Mortgage. She was the Senior Vice President and Manager of Strategic Initiatives. At PNC Mortgage, Weiskittle managed the complete reorganization of its 1500 person Sales division and restructured its Operations division from 93 national locations to two. She earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.
