Babette Magee Joins Dinsmore & Shohl’s Pittsburgh Office

Dinsmore & Shohl is pleased to announce that Babette Magee has joined the firm’s Pittsburgh office. She will practice in the Litigation Department focusing on Torts and Environmental issues.

Magee has been practicing law for more than 20 years representing clients in a wide variety of matters from toxic tort litigation to real estate transactions. Prior to Dinsmore, Magee represented contractors, manufacturers and fabricators in toxic tort litigation. Earlier in her career, Magee served as in-house environmental counsel for a publicly traded corporation where she advised on environmental issues relating to storage, handling and disposal of hazardous waste, and compliance with federal environmental laws and regulations.

Magee earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie-Mellon University.
