Brady Dunnigan Receives Gubernatorial Appointment

Brady Dunnigan, a partner in Dinsmore’s Lexington office, was recently appointed to the Kentucky Applied Behavior Analyst Licensing Board by Governor Steve Beshear. The Board is responsible for overseeing the licensure of mental health professionals seeking to practice Applied Behavioral Analysis, a method of therapy for people with development disabilities, most notably autism spectrum disorders. Dunnigan, whose twin sons are diagnosed autistic, will serve on the Board for a three-year term.

Dunnigan practices primarily in the areas of commercial lending and real estate, as well as general business law and mergers & acquisitions. He earned his J.D. from Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and his B.A. from the University of Kentucky.
