Christopher A. Benintendi, a partner in Dinsmore & Shohl’s Litigation Department, has been singled out by corporate counsel and named to the 2014 “BTI Client Service All-Stars” list.

The BTI Consulting Group interviewed over 300 corporate counsels with Fortune 1000 and large organizations to research law firm relationships. While collecting the feedback, BTI received unprompted comments from clients on stand out attorneys and compiled the “BTI Client Service All-Starts” list. The 330 attorneys are recognized this year for their outstanding client service.

“I strive to build a strong relationship with my clients, so I understand their needs and goals. It is an honor to know they think highly enough of me to praise my work during a survey,” said Benintendi.

Benintendi counsels clients on workers' compensation law, Violation of Specific Safety Requirements (VSSR) claims, and intentional tort claims. He has over 20 years experience representing employers before the Ohio Industrial Commission, state courts and appellate courts. Benintendi is a frequent speaker at advanced, intermediate, and basic workers' compensation seminars, providing guidance to both state-fund and self-insured employers. He is the Chair of the firm's Workers' Compensation Practice Group.
